Dental Nurse - Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiö - Joensuu, Finland

We are hiring a dental nurse for a permanent full-time position at our Joensuu service point. The employment begins on 3 August 2026 or by agreement. The role can also be part-time, so please state your preferred weekly working hours in the application form. In student health care, we offer oral health services, including health guidance, visits, and examinations and treatment of the mouth and teeth. Our goal is to embed regular oral health examinations and promote independent self-care while reducing dental fear. Our dental nurses assist dentists in procedures, handle instrument sterilization, and perform X-ray imaging and assessment of treatment needs. The role emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention, with possible work on digital platforms. Your supervisor is the oral health service manager. You will collaborate with dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and administrative staff. We use the systems Acute and Winhit, and our digital platform is BeeHealthy YTHSDigi. Why work with us?
