Aikara Rakennuspalvelut ja Logistiikka Oy is looking for experienced construction cleaners and one experienced team leader for construction final cleaning projects in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa area. JOB DUTIES: - Construction final cleaning (P1 final cleaning) - Removal of construction dust HEPA vacuum cleaning - Detailed surface cleaning - Final cleaning of classrooms, corridors and renovation areas - Working according to site cleanliness and quality requirements REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience in construction cleaning / final cleaning (MANDATORY) - Experience with P1 construction cleaning is a big advantage - Attention to detail and good quality work - Reliable and strong work ethic - Right to work in Finland - Safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti) is an advantage WE ARE ESPECIALLY LOOKING FOR: 1 experienced Team Leader / Supervisor with experience in managing construction cleaning work, organizing workers, and quality control. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR: - People without construction cleaning experience - Unreliable workers - People who cannot work independently and deliver quality work Work starts as soon as possible.
