Job Description

Your Role Lead and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Plan and optimize production processes, resources, and workforce. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, cost, productivity). Lead, develop and engage production teams in a high-performance environment. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across operations. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR on planning and people topics. Your Background Degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies Good knowledge of production planning and KPIs management Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
