Operators for Exel Mäntyharju factory

We are seeking new operators for Exel at Mäntyharju factory to join a skilled and cohesive production team. As an operator you will be a crucial part of the production, responsible for preparing and starting the production line, monitoring the production process, and making necessary adjustments. You will participate in quality checks and measurements as well as inspection, finishing, and packaging of products. You will also ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the production line and perform small adjustment and maintenance tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly.
