The expert's gross salary is initially 49.5% - 55% of the monthly billing and the commission percentage rises annually. The expert's guaranteed salary ensures that basic earnings are secured even in the quietest months. The salary model is the same for all experts. "It is obvious for companies that the offering is developed towards the customers and it is considered what kind of offering creates the best value for different customer segments. Now Knowit begins correspondingly to develop the offering also towards the employees, because the future can no longer be built on only one employer experience," emphasizes Salminen.
