Job Details Senior Research Manager, Qualitative South Jakarta, Indonesia The primary responsibility is to lead accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. The role contributes to the business success by leading a hard-performance team to deliver great work. They are also responsible for crafting meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between the organisation and our clients. Key Outcomes Strong leadership capability, with a proven track record to drive momentum and maintain performance even in sophisticated or challenging environments, including managing diverse teams with varying strengths and development needs. Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score) implying strong client partnership. Ensure a good quality of research materials. Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients. Be a brilliant communicator that is able to articulate insights (both in writing and in-person/presentation) to provide clients with outcomes that meet or go above and beyond. Lead or supervise daily communication with clients. Develop positive relationships to the extent they actively seek your opinions, information and advice. To mentor 3 or more team members by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level. Provide constructive feedback to identify areas of strength, and areas required for improvement. Key Capabilities With at least 7 years of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure in qualitative studies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful. Sound leadership experience with people management capabilities – to empower, mentor, and be the role model and encouraged juniors. Good research knowledge – know and can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights with strong analytical skills and qualitative research background to understand sophisticated methodological concepts.
