Laser Machine Operator - Tampereen Keskustekniikka Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are currently seeking a LASER MACHINE OPERATOR to strengthen our Tampere unit. Your main tasks will include operating the Rittal laser machine, reading drilling diagrams, and handling materials to be drilled. Additionally, the role involves various production support tasks. You will be responsible for the operation and settings of the machine, as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency of your work. The job includes using the Rittal Perforex machine, which involves: Drilling enclosures, mounting panels, and other metal parts Drawing drilling diagrams with Perforex software Positioning the workpiece in the machine and running the program Inspecting and finishing the finished product, removing burrs if necessary Delivering the product to storage or installation. We expect from you: Ability to read drilling diagrams and mechanical drawings Precision and careful attitude towards work Good teamwork skills and initiative A positive and responsible work attitude Proficiency in Finnish and English Education requirements: A basic qualification in the metal industry (2–3 years) or equivalent knowledge through experience, or a basic electrical installer qualification Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in wire harness manufacturing, electrical installations, or electronics is considered an advantage, but motivation to learn and succeed in the role is most important.
