We are seeking a Communication Specialist for our client, as part of Pilkington Automotive Finland Oy's HR team. You will work as part of the global NSG Group. Your responsibilities include planning and implementing internal communication in accordance with the corporate communication strategy, as well as producing diverse content for various channels such as intranet, newsletters, websites, and social media. You will be responsible for localizing corporate messages and announcements for the Finnish organization, as well as preparing local personnel, corporate, and press releases. Additionally, you will coordinate media inquiries, develop employer branding, and communication measures to support employee engagement, and participate in global communication and HR projects. You will also support organizing employee events and information sessions. You will actively utilize new communication tools, technologies, and practices to develop communication. You will work closely with different levels of the organization, from regional management in Finland to production staff, as well as with external stakeholders such as the media. We hope you have: A relevant university degree or other suitable education and experience A minimum of about 3 years of experience in communication roles (considered an advantage) Excellent Finnish and English skills, both written and spoken Ability to produce clear, engaging, and target group-appropriate content for various communication channels Good digital skills and interest in utilizing new technologies, including AI solutions, to support communication An proactive and systematic work approach Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Additionally, experience working in an international organization and familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is valued.
