Cleaner - Koulutuskuntayhtymä Tavastia - Hämeenlinna, Finland

We are hiring a cleaner for Koulutuskuntayhtymä Tavastia's Food and Cleaning Services for a permanent position starting on August 3, 2026. The cleaner's duties include maintenance and basic cleaning, as well as other food and cleaning service tasks as needed in an educational institution environment. The work is diverse and includes some student supervision. The position requires a professional qualification in cleaning and property services, facility maintenance, or an equivalent qualification. Experience in cleaning services and food services, customer service skills, a cheerful and proactive attitude, flexibility, and thoroughness are appreciated. The job requires a safe, responsible, and team-oriented working style, as well as good physical fitness. Salary and employment terms are determined according to KVTES. The standard salary for the position under KVTES is €2252.10/month. The salary may also be affected by the applicant's years of work experience. Before starting work, a criminal background check as required by law for working with children (504/2002) and a valid occupational health statement must be presented.
