Senior Product Manager & Product Lead owns the product direction and delivery of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM (Secure Unified Endpoint Management) area. This role combines product leadership, execution ownership, and people management, ensuring strong alignment with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams, while driving measurable customer and business outcomes. Responsibilities include crafting and executing product strategy, delivering customer value, leading a high-performance team, defining product vision and roadmap, owning end-to-end delivery, working closely with stakeholders, ensuring customer-driven decisions, and driving product adoption and growth. The role requires 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, proven strategy execution, people management experience, stakeholder management skills, and a strong AI mindset.
