Service Designer / UX Designer - Poolia IT - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for experienced Service Designers / UX Designers for our client for a long-term and extensive public sector development project. The project involves developing comprehensive digital services, building and improving widely used information systems and electronic transaction services. Role In the project, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary development team and influence the design of user-centered services and the development of complex system solutions. The work can be done flexibly remotely. Success in the role requires experience in: - UX design and user-centered service development - Service design and process development - Describing operational needs as system requirements - Defining and developing complex information systems - Software development tools, such as Azure DevOps or similar solutions - Agile development methods and Scrum Experience with large information systems is considered an advantage, especially if the system has: - a large user base - services also accessible to organizational customers - strong authentication or authorization management - solutions include electronic transaction services and integrations with backend systems Additionally, the ability to document and clearly describe work results for further development teams is expected.
