We are looking for a shift manager for Hesburger in Linnanmaa, part of the Restaurant World. The position is permanent, with a work schedule of 90 hours/3 weeks. The work begins on September 1, 2026. As a shift manager at Hesburger, you will lead the daily operations of the restaurant in a fast-paced environment and develop your supervisory experience through practical work. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift, task distribution, schedules, and the quality of customer service. You will support and motivate the team to succeed. You will actively participate in work and develop your own and the team’s skills as part of a large, supportive team. The salary ranges from €14.37 to €15.57/hour depending on previous work experience in the field. - As a shift manager, you are also eligible for an incentive bonus of up to €1.69/hour!
