Are you familiar with earthworks and want to work in a good team? Do you handle an excavator smoothly or keep a shovel in hand even in tight spots? The job requires attention to detail, responsibility, and readiness for physical work. Teamwork is natural, but independent work is also important. Precision is essential, as the work sites vary and require focus even in a busy environment. You may have training or experience in the earthworks industry. You possess a safety card and a Tieturva 1 card, and your tax number is registered. You are ready to work in any weather and follow instructions conscientiously. Our client companies are looking for both experienced workers and motivated beginners (with some machine experience), with the right attitude. Salary is based on experience and skills, ranging between 15 and 20 euros per hour. Requirements: * Previous experience with excavators or in the earthworks industry * Finnish language skills / working knowledge of Finnish, at least B2 level * Safety card * Tieturva 1 card. Preferred: * Possible basic qualification in the field or equivalent work experience * Precision and team spirit * Good physical condition * Driver’s license and a car to get to the work site.
