We are looking for an experienced professional cook for our client in a high-quality restaurant in the heart of Tampere for the summer season. The role offers a diverse and responsible position in an ambitious kitchen that values good work ethic, professionalism, and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant's food philosophy is based on French cuisine with a modern approach. Menus change several times a year, and dishes boldly incorporate flavors and ingredients from various cuisines around the world. The restaurant serves customers from lunch to dinner, and all dishes are served à la carte on plates. The work environment is professional yet relaxed, and teamwork is emphasized with a positive attitude. Daily tasks vary between lunch, mise en place, and dinner shifts. You will have the opportunity to work at different stations in the kitchen and participate in daily kitchen maintenance tasks. We hope you have several years of experience in a dinner restaurant, basic technical skills, ability to take responsibility for your shift, work smoothly in busy conditions, and an interest in food preparation. Work language is Finnish. We especially value a cook who is proficient in various kitchen stations and understands the overall operation of a professional kitchen. We offer 90 hours / 3 weeks.
