A fixed-term position for a Special Education Teacher is available at Rajakylä School for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role will primarily involve grades 4-6. The special education teacher will work as a co-teacher and resource teacher, enabling smaller teaching groups. Rajakylä School is a comprehensive school with over 600 students in northern Oulu. Original certificates demonstrating qualifications must be presented during the interview. We require experience and willingness to work as a co-teacher, as well as good collaboration skills. Experience and understanding of implementing support according to the new law are considered an advantage. Salary is determined according to the municipal collective agreement for the education sector. Before the appointment is confirmed, the selected candidate must, within 30 days of receiving the decision, present a criminal background check issued under the Act 504/2002 concerning working with children.
