Production Manager (Electrical) - Are Oy - Vantaa, Finland

Would you like to lead demanding electrical contracting projects and be involved in building functional, safe, and high-quality solutions in Southern Finland? We are now seeking a permanent Electrical Production Manager to strengthen ARE's project operations. Our head office is located in Kaivokselta, Vantaa, and you will work mainly in the Southern Finland region, primarily in the Helsinki metropolitan area. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for the production and overall execution of demanding electrical projects and act as the electrical work supervisor. You will ensure that projects progress according to schedule, resources, and budget. You will work on diverse projects implemented through various contracting models, including PJU, alliance, and other collaborative forms. Read more about working with us. Key responsibilities: Lead the overall production of electrical contracting projects Manage multiple simultaneous projects, typically in the range of 1–5 million euros Plan, organize, and allocate resources for installation activities Oversee schedules, costs, and project goals Lead project teams and installation personnel in daily work Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders Ensure safe, high-quality, and productive work sites Coordinate tendering processes and review and compile bids. Have a suitable technical education, such as an engineering or technician degree Bring several years of experience in demanding electrical projects, for example in projects valued at 1–5 million euros Hold or be eligible to obtain the S1 qualification required for site supervision Be familiar with various contracting models, such as PJU, alliance, and collaborative approaches Lead smoothly at both employee and managerial levels and understand collective agreement practices Communicate effectively and build good cooperation with different stakeholders Work systematically, goal-oriented, and solution-focused Understand the importance of financial management and lead large entities.
