Job Description

About the role We are an agile, fast-growing startup reimagining how the elevator industry uses data. Our solutions generate detailed datasets offering in-depth insights into elevator shafts and components. By leveraging 3D modeling, APIs, and digital twins, we enable clients to proactively identify issues and prioritize repairs. With clients across the US, UK, France, and Australia, we are changing the elevator industry from right here in Finland. We operate with a flat hierarchy, a global mindset, and a highly diverse team. We wear multiple hats, test fast, and iterate based on real customer feedback. What We Offer - Flexibility: A part-time role (approx. 2 days a week) that fits alongside other projects or freelancing. - Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in Finland. We also have team members in Turku and Helsinki if you prefer face time occasionally. - No Bureaucracy: A culture where good ideas win and implementation happens fast. - Compensation: A competitive salary based on your experience, as well as benefits such as extensive occupational health services, a lunch allowance, and sports and cultural benefits. Work tasks We are looking for a self-driven, mid-level Fullstack Developer to take ownership of our architecture and help scale our web application. You won't just write code - you will be a key player in shaping how our data flows and how our platform evolves. Your initial priorities: - Architectural Evolution: Review, maintain and improve our current architecture. - Web App & data modeling:Own our web application and design the most efficient, well-structured database possible. - Feature development & automation: Build integrations e.g. with Autodesk, render 3D models viaThree.js and build Skanion new web application with React. - AI exploration: we are taking our first steps into implementing AI at the application level. We are looking for The Tech Stack & Knowledge: - Frontend/Backend: Solid experience with React; comfortable working with 3D model rendering on the web (e.g.Autodesk APS Three.js, or similar). - Cloud & Infrastructure: Good understanding of AWS and how modern fullstack applications are layered end to end. - Architecture: You understand how systems connect and how to improve them proactively - not just maintain them. - Pluses (Nice-to-haves): Experience with Autodesk/Revit (CAD), REST/GraphQL, APIs, CI/CD pipeline and elevator industry knowledge. The Mindset (Crucial for Us): - Startup Attitude: You are a doer. You'd rather test a feature with a customer than wait for perfection. - Brave & Open-Minded: You arent afraid to try, fail, pivot, and evolve. - Self-Driven: You take initiative. When customers ask for an API, you see the vision and know how to deliver it. Practicalities: - You speak fluent English and live in Finland (preferably near Helsinki or Turku). The remote work is not an issue for you.

Työmarkkinatori is Finland's official public employment service portal, operated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment (TEM). It lists job openings from across the Finnish public sector, municipalities, and employers who use the government's recruitment infrastructure.

We include Työmarkkinatori listings so that JobCrawls covers the full breadth of the Finnish job market — including roles that only appear through official government channels and would otherwise be missed.
