Teijuntupa is a 12-bed unit for multi-illness elderly residents located near the center of Lieto. Your tasks As a nursing expert, you will be responsible for residents' independent living and implementing care that promotes rehabilitation. You will participate in daily nursing work, as well as in planning, implementing, and evaluating care. If necessary, you will act as a substitute for the head nurse. Your work environment is a calm, home-like unit with good transportation connections — approximately one kilometer to the nearest bus stop. What we expect from you We expect you to have RAI knowledge, good communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. The position requires good spoken and written Finnish. Experience in elderly residential services, empathy, and a genuine desire to work with the elderly are valued. Valid LOV licenses are considered an advantage, but you can also obtain them through us if needed. The qualification requirement is a license as a registered nurse according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994).
