Join us at the tidy and welcoming Kuusikkotie Daycare. We are currently looking for a part-time early childhood education teacher for the Hippiäiset group, working two days a week, on Mondays and Fridays. Our Kuusikkotie Daycare employs a total of 8 early childhood education teachers, 7 child caregivers, a comprehensive special education teacher, and support staff. We have 5 groups in our facility. The daycare was completed in 2018, and our spaces are bright and clean. Our work community is enthusiastic and professional. Our staff is active, communicative, and formally qualified. We engage in frequent pedagogical discussions in various forums, including a teacher-led management team and staff pedagogical meetings. We place a strong emphasis on work well-being. Each child group in our daycare has its own spacious group rooms and entrances, allowing us to easily operate in small groups and stagger activities. The building also includes a dining hall used by some groups and an active gymnasium. The gym is also used for whole-house events, such as singing sessions and celebrations. We expect enthusiasm for early childhood education and a professional approach. You should be genuinely present at the children's level and find joy in interacting and working with children. You will meet all children and families professionally and straightforwardly. We are located in the peaceful Kuusikko residential area. The daycare yard offers ample parking, and there is a bus stop right outside, making it easy to reach us. We work with professionalism and full heart, but we do not take ourselves too seriously—laughter and playful interactions with children are common.
