Responsable d'équipe chimie H/F - Revvity - Remote - Global

We are looking for a team leader in chemistry (4 people) at our site in Codolet (near Avignon). Within our R&D department, this position plays a key role in managing chemistry activities for the synthesis of various organic molecules and their conjugation to different ligands as basic building blocks for our assays such as HTRF, AlphaLISA, PhenoVue, and pH-Sense. The role requires technical expertise in organic chemistry, advanced skills in human and project management, and good interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary collaborators in chemistry and biology. Main missions include supervising organic synthesis and bioconjugation activities, defining molecular structures and synthesis pathways, ensuring analytical controls, delivering compliant products on time and within budget, optimizing resources, and integrating team activities into cross-disciplinary projects. The role also involves managing, supporting, and developing team skills, ensuring safety and internal procedures, and fostering communication and engagement. Technical expertise in organic and analytical chemistry, project management, and experience with conjugation techniques are essential. Knowledge of fluorescent molecules and photophysics is a plus. Fluency in English is required for international collaboration. The ideal candidate has a scientific background in organic chemistry, team management experience, and excellent communication skills.
