Junior Plant Controller - Prysmian Group - Remote - Global

As a Junior Plant Controller, you will play a key role in the financial management of the site, working closely with the production, management, and leadership teams. You will provide accurate analyses, anticipate variances, optimize costs, and actively contribute to achieving strategic objectives. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where your role is central to decision-making and business strategy. Main objectives include analyzing manufacturing variances, contributing to productivity gains, coordinating budgets and forecasts, ensuring inventory accuracy, developing cost standards, overseeing CAPEX, producing monthly financial reports, collaborating on audits, and supporting other projects. Requirements include a university degree in accounting or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing finance, fluency in French and English, team spirit, autonomy, stress management skills, and willingness to travel. Preferred knowledge of SAP and professional designation CPA, CGMA, or CMA.
