The position at Scania involves being the responsible contact for customers at the workshop reception, leading the workshop team, organizing and overseeing work order processing, and supporting administrative tasks and process improvements. Candidates should have a completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, further training as a vehicle technician master, authorization for AU and SP, a valid CE driving license, quality consciousness, organizational skills, ability to work independently, high commitment, and flexibility including Saturday work.
