Lifting Director / Spotter - Visio Health - Masala, Finland

We are looking for spotters for a data center construction site in Masala, Kirkkonummi to coordinate internal lifting operations! We are seeking spotters for our client at a site located in Masala, between Kirkkonummi and Espoo. In this spotter role, the purpose is practically to monitor and participate in the lifting of large ventilation ducts and pipes and to monitor the movements of machines and people on the site to ensure safety. Previous experience as a spotter is not essential, but if you have prior experience in guiding and monitoring various machines/lifts and people on construction sites, it will certainly be an advantage. On this multinational site, in addition to Finnish, you should also know either English or Polish. Work starts during March-April, weather permitting, and for a good performer, there is work for a long time, especially if you have the ability to move between different data centers in the Uusimaa region. Work is done especially when the season kicks off with extended working hours (9-10h/day on weekdays and Saturday work is also promised) and overtime is compensated according to the collective agreement, so if you are interested in fattening your bank account, just send in your application! If you have the following under control, you may be the person we are looking for: - Experience in the construction industry and/or working with larger machines and their safety distances - Ability to work weekdays between 7-17 - working days are longer than normal and overtime is compensated - Valid professional cards (occupational safety card and road safety card) - if not held, this must be sorted out before starting work - Good Finnish, English and/or Polish language skills - the person selected for the position should be able to communicate in at least two of the aforementioned languages - High work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for your own work - Good social skills – you get along with people even in tight spots.
