Job Description
As Internal Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for internal material handling flow and leading the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement. You will own the internal logistics fleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence. You will be responsible for material handling automation and the continuous development of systems (AGV-s). Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate material flow and stock management. You will use data-driven approaches to performance management through KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement. You will be accountable for departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency.
