At Alhola Care Home, human-centered thinking guides daily life, and you will work in a small unit with 29 residents in a peaceful natural setting. A recruitment bonus of 8% of the task-specific salary (215.66 euros/month) is available for the position, valid for 6 months from the start of employment. Your tasks You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care according to given guidelines. Your work includes basic care, medication administration, and cultural and recreational activities. You will consider each resident's individual life experience, personality, and wishes, from daily routines to life rhythm. Care is planned together with the resident and their relatives, based on the resident's individual needs for assistance. You support residents' participation and functional capacity with a rehabilitative approach and act as the responsible nurse during your shift according to the plan. We emphasize an individual and resource-oriented approach: listening to residents' ways and wishes and supporting them in their own way of life. Alhola Care Home is located in the countryside about 3 km from Perniö town center, and public transportation is not available. The practical nurse's work involves three-shift work.
