Project Assistant - Lisäpalvelu

We are looking for a Project Assistant for data projects at our client company in Kymenlaakso. The work starts immediately when a suitable candidate is found. The main site is in Hamina, but we value your ability to move also to Kouvola and Loviisa. The typical sites are data center construction sites, but your duties may also include other sites. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, invoicing, checking hours, creating purchase orders for subcontractors, inspecting and preparing work permits, material orders, collaboration with the client organization, booking orientations, participating in meetings, following the Collective Agreement for Trade, and more. We expect solid experience in administrative work, precise work attitude, ability to work under pressure, initiative, independence, and fluency in Finnish and English. After the orientation, remote work is possible. We offer a salary of 2000-2500 € per month, a 37.5-hour workweek, and a dynamic work environment.
