Job Description
The Casino Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution and operational delivery of Casino Operations across all brands, ensuring game releases, compliance coordination, QA processes, and provider-related activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory and operational standards. The role is heavily focused on execution, precision, quality control, deadline management, and operational accountability across all product-related workflows. A key focus of the role is ensuring operational consistency, maintaining high-quality standards, improving operational processes, and supporting automation and reporting initiatives across Product Operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational activities related to game releases, certifications, provider requests, promotional setups, and operational support workflows; ensuring all operational tasks are executed accurately, within deadlines, and in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements; maintaining strict operational quality control; monitoring operational SLAs, escalations, delivery timelines, and outstanding tasks; coordinating operational priorities across various departments; overseeing operational QA and compliance activities; ensuring documentation and records are maintained accurately; identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions; supporting process improvements and automation initiatives; supporting team coordination and operational oversight; participating in cross-functional projects; and performing related tasks. The role requires previous experience in the iGaming industry, strong understanding of casino operations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership and discipline. Responsibilities

- Coordinate operational priorities across Product Operations, Compliance, QA, CRM, Customer Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the iGaming industry in casino operations, product operations, or a related operational environment.
- Strong understanding of casino game releases, certifications, provider workflows, QA processes, and operational controls.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines, operational priorities, and multiple concurrent workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting operational improvements, reporting structures, automation initiatives, or process optimisation is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.
