Job Description
Position Summary: We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in the Aerospace industry that provides advanced technologies and systems for aircraft and aviation, is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to be based in Perai, Penang, working onsite (hybrid). The role involves managing recruitment project deliverables, building client relationships, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include client communication, process improvement, system updates, reporting, and team leadership. Extensive experience in RPO or internal recruitment, especially in engineering, procurement, supply chain, or quality roles, is required. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
