Earthmoving worker

We are seeking an earthmoving worker to pair with an excavator operator in Helsinki. The job is part of a professional work community that values safety, cooperation and practical expertise. YOUR TASKS: - Assist the excavator operator on site and ensure the safe operation of the machine and attachments - Handle marking of work area and transfer of materials between work phases - Participate in daily inspections and maintenance of the machine and report any defects you observe - Work closely with other site personnel and follow site instructions and safety regulations WE EXPECT: - Previous experience in construction or excavation work - A cheerful, responsible and cooperative attitude - Basic skills in operating machinery and the ability to learn new things quickly - Good motivation to work and the ability to work independently during peak periods - Cable laying and sewer installation skills are considered an advantage WE OFFER: - Clear orientation and opportunity to develop in the field - Salary according to competence.
