Area Manager, Eilakaisla Päijät-Häme - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

Eilakaisla is looking for an Area Manager for the Päijät-Häme region. This role involves building new customer relationships, opening doors, and making deals. The candidate will develop a customer portfolio from scratch, sell a broad range of services to company management including direct executive searches, key personnel recruitment, interim solutions, staffing, change management, salary and HR coaching, and other HR consulting. The role requires identifying business needs quickly, leading discussions to close deals, and taking full responsibility for the growth of the assigned area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in the staffing industry, and experience in industrial recruitment, staffing, and executive search. Swedish language skills are a plus. The role involves cold calling, working under pressure, and exceeding targets. The candidate should be motivated by results and earning more through increased effort. The position offers full autonomy and responsibility, strong references, local marketing and sales support, a broad service portfolio, modern CRM and mobile tools, active sales management support, and a salary of 3800–4200 €/month plus 3% sales commission (uncapped), with typical earnings around 5000–6000 €/month. The role is hybrid and team-oriented, emphasizing results and recognition.
