Memar Oy is a contract manufacturer in the metal industry. We specialise in contract manufacturing, maintenance components for industry, fastening materials, and component production. Our customers include major players in the machine building, process and mining industries, as well as refineries and offshore industry. Memar Oy seeks an assembler for a permanent employment in Seinäjoki. The role is versatile and independent, where you will be responsible for assembling the products. The job starts as a temporary employment through Biisoni, with a quick start possible. What would you do with us? You will be responsible for assembling Memar’s products and you will work in a role where you can clearly see your own handiwork in the end result. The position is autonomous and varied, and in addition to assembly work you may also participate in other production support tasks, such as receiving goods, packing and handling shipments. The work occasionally uses a forklift, but prior forklift experience is not required, as you will receive training. The work is day shift and there is flexibility in working hours. The workplace is located at Kullervonkatu 2, 60120 Seinäjoki. What are we looking for? You have the ability to read technical drawings and an interest in assembly work. Previous experience in similar tasks or in assembling products and devices is considered an advantage. You perform well with a careful work approach, accuracy and the ability to grasp the bigger picture. You enjoy practical work, are self-driven and take on various tasks. We also value a desire to learn new things and develop your own skills. You must have Finnish language skills for the role. What do we offer?
