Are you passionate about the international atmosphere of the airport and varied tasks in property maintenance? We are now looking for a Technical Property Maintenance Technician for Helsinki-Vantaa Airport! In this role, you will handle diverse property maintenance tasks at the airport and in various facilities in the area. Your duties include daily technical maintenance, repairs, and service work. You will also perform outdoor tasks such as trash rounds and lawn mowing. During winter, your work will include snow shoveling, ice control, and snow plowing. The working hours are mainly weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm, with flexibility for other shifts in winter. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible. The salary is based on the Real Estate Sector Collective Agreement, starting at €14.20/hour until 31.7.2026, and €14.58/hour from 1.8.2026, plus possible shift allowances and training bonuses based on completed qualifications.
