Read more: https://vuokrakontti.fi Due to strong growth, we are now seeking a sales-oriented Project Manager for a new, permanent position in Rajamäki. As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse development projects from start to finish and ensure project progress according to goals, schedules, and quality criteria. You will work closely with sales, customers, and contractors to ensure that the customer receives the ordered products on time. You are able to listen to the customer and offer additional services as needed. You will support sales in project planning and quotation calculations. The largest projects can last several years, while the fastest are completed within a month, so you are accustomed to fast-paced projects and can keep things systematically under control. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, experienced in goal-oriented and independent work. You have a strong technical background and a clear view of quality project management. In this role, the project manager is not just a scheduler but a key person in ensuring customer experience and additional sales. We expect from you: - Experience in leading development projects, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Ability to understand broad entities, identify interfaces, and ensure smooth cooperation between different areas - Suitable higher education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Engineer / MSc) - Ability to prepare and manage system-level requirements, technical specifications, and other relevant documentation - Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical work approach / You take initiative, solve problems, and move things forward independently - Strong cooperation and interaction skills, as well as good organizational skills - Good communication and documentation skills in Finnish and English; additional language skills are an advantage - Experience working on defense industry projects - Experience with technical design software is an advantage We offer: a warm, approachable, and collaborative work community.
