Personal Assistant, Karstula (20039) - Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Karstula, Finland

We are seeking a personal assistant through the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County for a fixed-term substitute from June 22 to July 19, 2026, for a 75-year-old visually impaired man in Karstula. The work is offered variably at 33 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 6-7 hours per day. Shifts are planned within the employment relationship. The assistant helps with daily household chores such as cooking and cleaning, as well as outdoor activities and errands. The job includes walking the assisted person's dog without an assistant. The assistant is expected to have training or previous experience in assistance work. Employment relationships are always private. The selected person will be employed by the assisted person. Notification of interview/employment decisions will be given personally. The employer has the right to request a criminal record extract from the employee working with elderly and disabled persons once the employment begins (Social and Health Care Supervision Act 741/2023, Section 28).
