We are looking for a Private Personal Assistant to operate in an international environment. This is not an ordinary assignment; it is a lifestyle. The role involves acting as a trusted right hand for a private individual, working in an environment where the home is wherever the next flight takes you. The position is long-term, with the assistant functioning as a sole proprietor or freelancer, invoicing directly to the client. The job includes organizing and prioritizing daily tasks, coordinating travel and logistics, making independent decisions, and ensuring the smooth running of the client’s daily life, often involving international travel and rapid changes in plans. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick to learn, responsible, adaptable, and fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
