Job Description
The Lead HCM Integrations Architect will own the architecture, scalability, performance, and delivery of packaged HCM integrations across enterprise platforms. This role requires deep expertise in HCM integrations, strong system design and enterprise architecture skills, and the ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on. Responsibilities include leading architecture, designing scalable solutions, developing and monitoring integrations, ensuring security and performance standards, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, expertise in APIs and web services, hands-on experience with Workday and SuccessFactors, and relevant certifications. The role involves continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
