We are seeking a business-driven, entrepreneurial, and relationship-building Country Sales Manager to play a key role in our continued expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the start and build Mediconsult's presence in the Swedish market. You will be crucial in establishing our solutions in social services, elder care, disability support, and other municipal welfare services, while contributing to the development of future digital care. In the role of Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and expanding Mediconsult's operations in Sweden. You will work closely with municipalities, decision-makers, and operational managers within social services and elder care to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can lead to better results for both organizations and users. The role is central to our initiative in Sweden and acts as a link between Swedish customers, partners, and our specialist teams in Finland. You will combine strategic sales work with business development, networking, and participation in public procurement processes.

Requirements
