We are seeking a business-driven, entrepreneurial, and relationship-building Country Sales Manager to play a key role in our continued expansion. In the role of Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and expanding Mediconsult's operations in Sweden. You will work closely with municipalities, decision-makers, and operational managers within social services and elder care to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can lead to better results for both organizations and users. The role is central to our initiative in Sweden and acts as a link between Swedish customers, partners, and our specialist teams in Finland. You will combine strategic sales work with business development, networking, and participation in public procurement processes.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development in the Swedish market.
- Build and develop relationships with municipalities, care providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation, contract, and closing.
- Participate in and lead public procurement processes.
- Implement and adapt local go-to-market strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and Customer Success teams in Finland.
- Represent Mediconsult at industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
- Monitor market development, customer needs, and relevant legislative and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Documented experience in sales to the public sector, preferably within social services, elder care, HealthTech, welfare technology, SaaS or other digital solutions.
