The ideal candidate is service-minded, customer-oriented, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements include experience in the cleaning sector, supervisory tasks such as service guiding, and customer management. Fluency in Finnish and English, ability to work in a multicultural environment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and self-direction are essential. A driver’s license and the possibility to use a personal car are advantageous. A professional qualification in the field is also a plus.
