Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Recruiter. The role involves building client relationships through recruitment process delivery, sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates in both on-site and off-site environments. Focus on candidate relationship management, customer focus, and responsiveness. The candidate should have at least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, client-facing experience, competency and behavioral interview skills, applicant tracking system experience, and pharmaceutical sales recruitment experience. The role includes creating sourcing strategies, client interactions, process management, and candidate communication.
