Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Director to ensure relevant metrics and trends are identified and reported to key Stakeholders and Regional parties. Support the development of scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions to track performance KPIs. Assist in developing systems and processes to analyze sales data using tools like Qlik Sense and Salesforce. Support customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new program ROI, and sales forecasting. Manage sales target formulation and review, including the sales target achievement measurement process. Contribute to system improvements for detailed program analysis. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of business analysis experience, strong data presentation skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Slides.
