Responsibilities
- Define, develop and execute system- and component-level hardware reliability and environmental test strategies.
- Plan and execute verification and validation activities.
- Lead reliability and environmental testing with in-house and external partners.
- Create and manage test plans and reports.
- Support design team with reliability guidance.
- Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis.
- Develop and improve internal testing standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years in complex electro-mechanical product reliability testing
- Hands-on experience with reliability test and laboratory equipment
- Deep understanding of environmental testing standards
- Proficiency in reliability methodologies such as FMEA, HALT/HASS, Weibull, MTBF
- Fluency in English
