Finnish-speaking basic education and upper secondary education in Porvoo is hiring a school supervisor for the period 10.8.2026-5.6.2027. The first workplace is Sannäs School, grades 5 and 6. In the child-friendly, bilingual city of Porvoo, we aim to provide children and young people with a consistent learning path that gives them the knowledge and skills needed for a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Your role as a school supervisor is to be a reliable adult who supports, helps, and motivates students to succeed in the best possible way. You supervise individual students and work with groups of students in general education. The working hours are 14 hours per week, and the salary follows AKTA. Together with other supervisors and teachers, you are part of our work community where you contribute your skills and benefit from others. A criminal background check (504/2002) must be presented before starting work. The probation period is half of the employment duration. The qualification requirement for the position is a suitable vocational degree, such as a leader for school activities and morning and afternoon activities or a practical nurse degree.
