AALTOVOIMA - Power of the Wave We are looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist (Performance Marketing Specialist) for our client. The role begins in September or as agreed. In this position, you will not only maintain current campaigns but also take full responsibility for developing paid advertising to a new level. The main focus is on achieving clear results and increasing sales through data-driven methods. Your task is to ensure that advertising reaches the right audiences in the right channels and converts into sales. Key skills: * Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, and YouTube – proficient in these. * Social media: Strong skills in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms. * Optimization and tracking: Scaling campaign structures, conversion tracking (GA4, GTM), and analytics. * Data-driven approach: Ability to analyze data, make decisions based on it, and understand the overall funnel mindset and CRO. * Modern tools: Utilize AI and other modern tools to support efficiency and optimization.
