Job Description
Recording cases initiated in the city to the city’s management diary and storing related documents in the case management system. Handling email and postal correspondence sent to the city. Providing guidance and advice related to recording and maintaining the diary. Qualification requirement: university degree, previous college-level degree, or vocational qualification.
