Our operations are based on the internationally award-winning INTO SCHOOL concept, which combines creativity, music, diverse self-expression, positive pedagogy, and the strengthening of children's self-confidence and emotional skills. In our daily activities, children are excited about storytelling, making music, exploring, curiosity, and courage. We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and warm-hearted daycare director who is passionate about children and adults to join our excellent team at the Herttoniemi unit. As the daycare director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit. The role emphasizes personnel management, pedagogical leadership, collaboration with families, and development of daily routines and operational culture. You are an approachable, clear, and encouraging leader who supports team success, well-being at work, and professional growth. Success in this role requires strong pedagogical expertise, good organizational skills, decision-making ability in changing situations, and the capacity to lead processes goal-oriented and people-centeredly.
