Fleet Sales Support Executive - Broker & Tactical | UK (Maternity Cover) - Polestar - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive (Maternity Cover- 12 months FTC) at Polestar UK Head Office in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The role involves facilitating a seamless enquiry to order delivery process for fleet customers, managing customer and sales cases in Salesforce, processing orders, checking order details, managing amendments, updating vehicle details, liaising with planning and delivery teams, and handling post-handover queries. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and experience with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. Fluency in English is required. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office per week.
