Full-time Class Teacher - Ruokolahden kunta - Ruokolahti, Finland

We are seeking a class teacher who can inspire students to learn through their expertise and caring approach. We value a developmental and evolving work attitude, constructive attitude within the work community, and methods to support students with different learning needs. Good multidisciplinary collaboration skills with various stakeholders are also important. The position is in 1st grade, where teaching will be carried out as co-teaching with an experienced colleague. Specialization in early education and experience in co-teaching are considered advantages. Qualifications are based on the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/1998). Employment terms follow the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement (OVTES). If qualified applicants are not available, other candidates may be considered. This position is open for re-application, and previous applicants (from 12.6. to 24.6.2026) are asked to submit a new application. The trial period length depends on the duration of the employment, with a maximum of half the employment period.
