Job Description
The role involves working on the FAMLEAD project, focusing on developing leadership skills in family businesses in Northern Ostrobothnia. Responsibilities include designing and implementing mentoring concepts, participating in training sessions, developing training materials, managing sub-project activities, and possibly engaging in research and publication activities. The position requires travel within Northern Ostrobothnia and collaboration with local businesses and organizations. The role is based in Oulu or Nivala, with flexible and remote work options. The ideal candidate has a higher university degree in a relevant field, fluent Finnish and English skills, and strong expertise in business development. Experience in scientific writing, mentoring, coaching, training, EU projects, and successful EU project funding applications is advantageous. The position is full-time, fixed-term from August 3, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with a salary typically between 3750–3950 EUR/month.
