HR Specialist - Tietoevry Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support recruitment, HR administration, and daily HR operations, ensuring accurate processes, reliable HR systems, and high‑quality support for employees and managers. With us you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate selection, and coordination with hiring managers. You will coordinate and deliver smooth onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new employees from day one. You will prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, statements, and other HR‑related documentation in line with Latvian labor law. Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee data in HR systems and ensuring proper handling of HR documentation and records. Providing daily HR support to employees and managers by handling requests via the ticketing system and advising on HR‑related matters. Supporting payroll, benefits, and bonus processes by preparing HR data, coordinating employment changes, and contributing to the improvement of HR processes.
