IT Product Owner for Financial Crime Prevention - Aktia Bank Abp - Remote - Global

We are looking for an IT Product Owner to take technical ownership of our Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) application area. In this role, you will shape and drive the development of critical capabilities across AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and fraud, ensuring that our solutions are effective, compliant and scalable. You will act as the central IT counterpart for the FCP domain, working closely with FCP organization, IT architecture and development teams. You will bring structure, prioritization and clear ownership to a complex, cross-functional landscape, ensuring that development is aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements and long-term architecture. You will ensure that deliveries are done as planned, overall direction, prioritization and technical coherence are clear and consistently followed. You are also expected to understand how modern technologies such as AI can be leveraged to enhance financial crime detection, automation and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include serving as the primary IT counterpart for FCP stakeholders, consolidating development needs, driving prioritization, coordinating architecture, guiding technical decisions, managing dependencies, and identifying AI opportunities.
